Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data seocourier collects when you use seocourier.com, buy from us or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We keep it short and specific. We process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (databeskyttelsesloven).

We do not collect more than we need. We do not ask for sensitive personal data and ask you not to send any. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
3. Card details
Card details you type at checkout are used only to complete the payment. We never store them. While the checkout runs in test mode, no payment is taken and card details are not sent anywhere.
4. Who receives your data
We share personal data only where needed:
- Suppliers that run the site and our email and project tools (website hosting, email, document and ticket tools). They act on our instructions under data processing agreements.
- Our payment provider, once live payments are enabled, to process your payment.
- Our accountant and bookkeeping systems, for invoices and tax.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
When you give us access to your own accounts (for example Search Console or Analytics), we use that access only to deliver your service and, where those accounts contain personal data, we process it as your processor under a data processing agreement we will sign on request.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Google may process analytics data in the United States. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can avoid this entirely by rejecting analytics cookies.
6. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact and free-check enquiries | Up to 12 months after the last message, unless you become a client |
| Order, invoice and payment records | 5 years from the end of the financial year, as Danish bookkeeping law requires |
| Client project files and intake answers | Until the engagement ends, then up to 24 months for support and follow-up, then deleted |
| Access to your accounts | Removed when the engagement ends |
| Server logs | Up to 30 days |
| Google Analytics 4 data | 14 months |
| Cookie choice | 12 months, then we ask again |
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- see what personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct what is wrong (rectification);
- have data deleted where we no longer need it (erasure);
- restrict how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, which doesn't affect earlier use. You can change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Write to support@seocourier.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
8. Complaints
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential storage (cart, language, cookie choice) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4. Full details are in the cookie policy.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and need-to-know access. We keep your files in tools with access logs. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 15.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email if we have your address.
