Terms of service
These terms apply to every order you place with seocourier, Nordahl Griegs Vej 26, 2860 Søborg, Denmark, CVR 42817368 ("we", "us"), through seocourier.com or by agreement. By placing an order you accept them. If you order as a business, "you" is the business and the person ordering confirms they may bind it.
1. What we sell
We sell SEO services described on each service page and in the cart: one-off projects, monthly services and hourly sessions or workshop days. What's included, the turnaround and the price of each option are shown on its service page. We may agree something different in writing.
2. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude 25 % Danish VAT (moms), which is added in the cart and shown in the total before you pay. Priority kickoff costs DKK 1,500 excl. VAT when you choose it. If you are VAT-registered in another EU country and give a valid VAT number, we apply the rules that fit your case.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending a receipt and kickoff email. We may decline an order, for example if the work is outside our services, and if we do we refund anything you've paid.
4. Payment
One-off services and sessions are paid at order. Monthly services are charged monthly in advance, starting with the first month at order. Invoices go to the email you give at checkout. Payment terms on invoices issued outside the checkout are stated on the invoice. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it's resolved. Late payments carry interest under the Danish Interest Act (renteloven).
5. Kickoff and delivery
Standard kickoff is within 5 working days of your order; priority kickoff within 48 hours. Turnaround times on service pages start when we have the access and information we've asked for in the intake form. Delivery is digital. We tell you before a delivery date if it will slip, why and the new date.
6. What we need from you
You agree to give us accurate information and access we reasonably ask for (for example read access to Search Console and Analytics), approvals within 2 working days when we ask and to tell us about releases or changes that affect the work. Delays on your side move our dates.
7. Monthly services
Monthly services run for a minimum of 3 months. After that they continue month to month and either of us can end them with 30 days' written notice (email is enough), ending at the end of the notice period. You pay for the notice period. Package changes follow the same notice.
8. One-off projects
One-off projects are delivered as described. If you cancel before work starts, we refund in full. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work delivered or in progress up to the cancellation, and we refund the rest. Our refund and cancellation policy sets out the full rules, including sessions and consumer rights.
9. Sessions and workshops
You can cancel or reschedule a booked session, consulting hour or workshop free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Within 24 hours a fee of 50 % of the session price applies. If we cancel, you get a new date or a full refund.
10. No promise of rankings
Search engines and AI tools decide what they show. We do not and cannot guarantee a ranking, traffic, citation or revenue figure. What we promise is the work described, delivered on the dates we state, reported honestly. Any figures on our website describe past work in specific circumstances and are not a promise of future results.
11. Our methods and your deliverables
You own the deliverables we hand over to you (reports, plans, articles, tickets) once you've paid for them, and can use them freely, including with another agency. We keep the rights to our methods, templates, tools and know-how. Content we write for you is original; we don't reuse it for others. If you give us content or material, you confirm you may use it.
12. Third parties and platforms
Our work depends on third-party platforms, such as Google, AI tools and your CMS, that change without notice. We aren't responsible for changes they make. Where the work requires changes to your website, you remain responsible for approving and releasing them unless we've agreed that we do it.
13. Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy and, where we process personal data on your behalf, under a data processing agreement we'll sign on request. We may describe our work for you in anonymised form, without naming you.
14. Liability
We are liable under Danish law for damage we cause through intent or gross negligence, and for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the 12 months before the event, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Force majeure
Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as power or internet failures, strikes or official orders. We'll tell you promptly and resume as soon as possible.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you ordered. For monthly services, material changes apply from the next billing month and we'll tell you by email first; you may end the service with 30 days' notice if you don't accept them.
17. Governing law and disputes
Danish law applies. Disputes will be brought before the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret), except that consumers may use the courts that the law gives them. Consumers can also complain to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk), after contacting us first at support@seocourier.com.
